I made an update!  No, seriously, I did something other than re-designing the website.  I have re-organized the DBFCC; check it out to find out what I did.  I also fixed the submission forms for the popularity charts.   Now I have a question:  WHY DIDN'T ANYBODY TELL ME THEY DIDN'T WORK???   Don't bother answering that one.  But, since they work now, I expect to have A LOT of  votes.  And after you vote (I know you will), you can tell all of your friends (-:  Seriously, the DBFCC is designed for the entire Dragonball fanfiction community.
I also fixed-up the coding on the fanfics.  Now, honest to Kami, I will begin to post the rest of them.  I do believe that they will all be back up in the next week or two.The more reviews I get the more inclined I will be to hurry up.  I made some other minor updates, like changing the banners available in the Links section and stuff like that.  I removed the chatroom and messageboard because no one ever used them but me.  If you want them back up, tell me.  The only other thing I did was join GokuGirl's Top 50 Dragonball Fanfic Websites thing (located under the Guestbook, which is horribly lacking in signatures, you evil people).

I made a new banner for the website.  I took off the ad things, which I just wasn't happy with.  But I like the new banner.  I also finished Dragon War Chapter 14: Aftermath.  All rejoice that Mike has completed something for the first time in four months!  Expect more fics some time.  If you want to see something rather disgusting that happened to my eye, click here or here.   I don't know how it happened, but a blood vessel burst.  I can't feel it and it isn't impairing my vision, but no one can look at me.  One last note: USE THE FANFIC POPULARITY CHARTS!!!

I have divided the fanfic index into twenty-six different pages (one for each letter of the alphabet), and organized the fanfics alphabetically by title onto the appropriate pages.  Dragon War is still the only fanfic up, though.  This is because I have spent fanfic-uploading time on JavaScripting out nearly all of each fanfic's layout.  Take Dragon War, for example: the pulldown menu for chapter selection (which is powered by a new script to eliminate a new window opening for each fic) is on the the fanfic's index listing and at the bottom of each chapter.  I have also JavaScripted out the links to the reviews page and returning to the index listing.
Now, the only thing specific coding on each page is the words that compose the fanfic.  Not only does this lower the amount of cyberspace this website takes up, but it enables me to modify things on every chapter without modifying each individual page. Oh, and if you didn't know, this whole site's layout is JavaScripted out (why it took me so long to re-make).  I prefer changing a few JavaScripts to make changes over modifying 500 pages of HTML.  These layout scripts allow me to quickly add something to each page (see below).
You may notice a little advertisement at the bottom of each page.   These are banner I made to attract people to various parts of MSROCAI, namely the DBFCC.  That section is dead until some people give me some sign of liking it (either the counter going up, e-mails, or USING THE POPULARITY CHARTS).  I am actively considering opening this ad space up to external parties.  If you think you are interested, drop me a line.
I doubt I will be able to make another update until next weekend.  At that time more fanfics should be back up, and there might even be some new ones.
